Accessibility statement
Effective October 16, 2026
We want everyone to be able to practice interviews with Rehearse. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we test with keyboards, screen readers and zoom.
What we support
- Live captions for everything the interviewer says, on by default.
- Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- Light and dark themes that follow your system setting, with text contrast of at least 4.5:1.
- Pages that reflow down to phone width and up to 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Animations are reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Pausing to think doesn't end your turn, and you can raise your hand or use the chat instead of interrupting out loud.
Known limitations
- The live interview needs a microphone today. A mode where you type your answers is in progress.
- The shared whiteboard is a drawing surface and isn't fully usable with a screen reader. For system design rounds you can describe your design out loud or in the chat instead.
- Body-language feedback relies on your camera; you can turn the camera off and still get feedback on everything else.
