- What do I get for free?
- One mock interview of up to an hour in any round, a high-level result (your verdict and where to focus), and the first two days of a plan built for your role and deadline.
- What's the difference between Pragmatist and Artisan?
- Pragmatist gives you the full guided plan, detailed feedback, drills and gap plans. Artisan adds live mock interviews with every interviewer personality and difficulty.
- What's a credit?
- One minute of live mock interview. Drills, gap plans and new study plans cost a few credits each. If you end a 45-minute interview after 30 minutes, the other 15 credits come back.
- Do credits roll over?
- Monthly credits reset on the 1st and don't roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Explorer and keeps its history.
- Is there a refund?
- If a paid plan isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Where is it available?
- The United States, in English, at launch. More regions and languages are planned.
